Every new program that I install to my computer, it doesn't show up in the "view all programs" of the start menu. I'm installing it into program files, so it should show up. I actually have to into Computer->OS->Program files...

I'm running Vista if that makes a difference.

Anyone know how to fix this?

Not all programs are made with the option to have a start folder in the start menu, that's why.

When you install a program make sure to turn on the start up shortcut icon for the program. All prpgrams do this by default, but some progs ask for user option.

For instance the hellgate london demo, crysis demo, and a SAM skills software for college. I'd figure at least one of these have a start menu short-cut... odd.

Well two of those games are demos and i guess you forgot to check "Start up folder" when installing the software.
