Ok. Well I am trying to install a Dell Reinstallation XP SP1 cd but It won't let me, as I would be downgrading from SP2. How can I bypass this, or access the bios to boot from cd drive?

f12 may be the boot menu or you might try hitting the universal esc key
on the newer dells f2 is for the bios
