it would be more beneficial if you would tell the owners of the driver threads instead of posting here

Thanks, i'll test them out to see if there is any difference but there was no changelog included so not really sure there. Dunno what i'm hoping for but sometimes you get stuff you didn't even think of :)

Why isn't this release listed on Intel's support Web page?

-> Because it's not an official driver (yet?)
It's some internal driver on the step to a new release that someone supplied to that site.

WHQL (Windows Hardware Quality Labs) and unofficial? This doesn't sound right to me.

It has been like that for quite some time now.
-> For over one year we've had unofficial drivers from that site - staring with 8.9 I think.

You don't need to use them - your choice. But they are unofficial Intel drivers.

Anyone find any differences compared to 10.1.0.1008? (I do prefer to use RST 10 over msahci now)

Haven't really noticed a difference. Benchmarks we're also more or less the same. So i guess some under the hood fixes.

It's up to the driver threads owners to use this information. ;)
Can you tell me the owner of an Intel Rapid Storage thread? :)
