has anybody used this traffic shaping? http://www.cfos.de/speed/cfosspeed_e.htm
it seems to work, Ive had it running now for almost a hour with Utorrent downloading in the back ground. although Utorrent speeds have not increased/decreased, the speeds at which i can open other web pages while downloading is noticeable fasterI'm not quite sure how it works but it seems to with no noticeable side effects. also is 64bit compatible

I'm assuming this is commercial software that is only available for download as a trial version?

Did you have to pay for this,
My net connection is a little funky at the moment and will not let me load that site. -
ok just looked and i cant find a U.S price. all i could find was this - 14.90 €. think the web site is from germany? -
Tried it, from my virtually identacle thread where someone recommended it ( http://forum.notebookreview.com/showthread.php?p=4107401. It did nothing whatsoever for my speeds or ping besides causing my internet to randomly lock up once every 15-20 minutes.

And I don't see how can cfos cause lock ups...unless there is some dial-up connections incompatibility....
