I have the weirdest problem in windows.

All of a sudden there is an invisible barrier on the right margin that refuses to let windows past when they're maximized. It also prevents some windows from moving past by dragging. Sometimes I can drag it there sometimes I can't. Trillian is the only program I use that comes to mind that prevents windows from being dragged over it when its docked but its not even running at the moment. What is wrong? I have XP SP3

Any strange docks installed? Any customizations?

That's the first things I ca think of.
Can you post a screenshot and indicate where the "window dragging" stops?

Yeah, sounds like a third party program to me. List some of your programs and lets see if we can't narrow it down.

Wow, weird problem. Please list the programs you use, especially ones that affect the GUI.
