I downloaded OneNote 2007 and I love that I can set up several books and folders and notes. I need to keep different kinds of notes for my job but also for my groceries and stuff like that, and Outlook's note-taking was too simple.
I also used Evernote but it's not as good and I can't sync it with ActiveSync (I don't have a data plan at the moment). Are there any other programs that can work as well as OneNote 2007? I like that OneNote 2007 doesn't just store notes, it can organize them very well, but $60-70 is a lot of money to me right now.
Also, the problem with OneNote 2007 is that I can't manage to sync it with my WinMo6 phone and I don't know if the problem is that I'm using the trial version. I need to keep my notes both in my computer and in my phone. Can anybody confirm is this is possible?
Finally, where could I buy OneNote 2007 the cheapest in America?
Thanks.

I believe you need Windows Mobile 6.1 for support of OneNote... or there's an update somewhere.

I do have Windows Mobile 6.1.

I do not know about OneNote, but ActiveSync/WMDC syncs with Outlook right out of the box. If you want to sync notes with Outlook you might want to look at something like PhatNotes for Outlook from PhatWare.
For many reasons, you are better off with the Pro version of WM (the one with touch screen). -
Evernote is another option, some people like it

yes I can confirm that onenote syncs with windows mobile. It worked with my windows mobile 6 phone

and i love OneNote 2007..all notes can be categorized and filed in such an orderly manner. -
Thanks for all your replies!
Is OneNote 2007 worth the price / Are there any similar program that can be synced to a phone?
