Is Jotti 100% accurate in determining whether a file is malware?

Are you helpless? Why don't you just scan it yourself or just use Comodo and open it in a sandbox. Good grief.

with regards to jotti, accuracy would depend on the multiple anti virus engine the site uses. which would have a higher probability of detecting malware since it's always updated, has more anti virus progs checking your file than i could care to install in a lifetime :p

The 69b site looks questionable: dsparking.com | WOT Reputation Scorecard | WOT (Web of Trust) I noticed it redirected to dsparking.com.

As far as testing reliability; if it's not verified, then there is always potential to being suspect. But from what I can tell, it looks okay - not many user ratings, but the ones there don't hint at it being spyware/malware.

Perform a scan on it to make sure it checks out.
