Hey ok let me clarify things...

When i have my laptop on dual view.. tv set to primary and laptop secondary.. the laptop has just a view of the desktop.. with no apps or any window, because they are all on the TV... (TV Primary view and LAPTOP secondary)

In the morning i watch the morning news. and I would like to just use the laptop. however I wanted a program that can allow me to summon a window to where the mouse pointer is so it appears on the LAPTOP screen and then I can swap the screen view. (make laptop primary view and TV Secondary)

I know I sound lazy, but it would make things more simple.

    Thanks in advance

The nvidia drivers usually have something you can enable to be able to right-click your taskbar items for each window and send them to specific monitors.

Ultramon is also nice for multiple monitors and has keyboard shortcuts for switching monitors on active window, but Ultramon isn't free.
