Is there a way to "rebuild" your NK2 file and/or "Groups" in Outlook?

I just switched from exchange 2007 to 2010 and in the migration process, lost my NK2 file and the Groups that I had put together in Contacts.

I have heard that there are programs that can rebuild both by pulling information from old sent emails.

Has anyone heard of anything like this?
