Is there a way to automatically save a folder to a USB flash drive every day?

    At a certain time?

Will an external backup hard drive do this? Due to cost and size, I would rather use a USB flash drive.

Is there any program that can do this?

Is it possible for Windows to save a file to a hard drive AND USB drive at the same time in one step? (long shot, I know)

Thank you. I did a google search before creating this thread, but was not using the write words.
