I have a bunch of applications that I use on a daily basis at work. But every time I install a new one, the latest application seem to override or even disable previous key combinations (e.g. Alt+Up). I'd like to choose which key combinationsshould work with which function in each application. I mean, some applications have just one very important feature I'm interested in and some have a ton.

So, is there a way I can remap or assign key combinations manually. I tried one program that creates global macros but it was a piece of crap, it only worked with some key combinations I could've reassigned manually. Is there another way?
