I have been having alot of problems with certain extentions and websites with google chrome. One essential extention i need for chrome is IReader. But whenever i use it on my hp laptop, it causes a bar to appear on the right, and the text is blurred. This happens with a few other website too.

(edit) I think this black bar might have to do with GPU acceleration, cause i had to disable it with youtube for it to work properly.

the black bar on the right is from the nfl.com web site....

Look at your reader and gpu driver for settings regarding transparency and/or full screen mode.

And you are running your screen at full native resolution, yes?

I have had similar issue just now with Firefox where the layout on every site got messed up.

Just clear your Internet Cache using CCleaner and it will fix it :)

But thanks for the input though :)

This problem doesnt happen with firefox thankfully. Unfortunately i prefer chrome to firefox. But I might start using firefox more now.

But the weird thing is whenever i open ireader this process shows up called "GPU Process". So this makes me suspect even more its something wrong with my GPU, which is intel integrated. I tried going into the tray icon and messing with stuff but it didnt work.

Also my resolution is on native. 1366 by 768

It's not chrome. The forums render fine. How do things render if you disable iReader? Also, are you certain your graphics drivers are up to date?

Yea chrome is not the problem. I use this on my desktop and there are no such problems.

the problem with igoogle, happens even with ireader disabled.

My most recent update for my graphics card was through windows update.

Also i had this same problem with flash on youtube fullscreen. I had to disable hardware acceleration to fix it.
