My friend just got a new hp this black friday. When it was barily booting up it showed this:

Windows could not complete the installation. to install windows on this computer, restart the installation.

than it restarts again. What can it be? I was thinking of just installing a fresh install of her windows.

Sounds like the factory image didn't quite install correctly before it went out. It would be best overall to do a fresh install to clear out of the junk anyhow.
