This is strange. Did you have a windows password? If yes, you can connect your hardisk upto another PC, take ownership of your user folder and access your files...

That is not an option because it is still under warranty by asus for another year, but they don't do data recovery

Somehow after the first time i tried that and it didnt work they all got deleted.
also when using startup repair it says that i should contact microsoft

I am desperate need of help.

    here is what it says:
    compbatt.sys

a required driver is missing as a result of a new driver or hardware install

    it's a battery driver....(compbatt.sys)
Have a look in the %WinDir%\System32\DriverStore\FileRepository\acpi. inf_97916753 folder. You should have another copy of compbatt.sys there. If so, copy the file and delete compbatt.sys from the %WinDir%\system32\DRIVERS folder and replace it with the copied file, and then try rebooting..

your hard drive is easily removeable from your machine.

    easily

go get a usb adapter cable for about $20- and pull the data off to another machine. then reinstall your hard drive in the laptop and run a recovery install from the disks that were either sent with the machine or the machine prompted you to create.

The problem is that I lost all my data because of a widcomm bluetooth driver as described here Widcomm Uninstalltion wipes out the computer. New Virus or Windows Voulnerability.

The driver apparently deleted all my personal data and software while uninstalling its own drivers. I was able to recover the data that I deleted myself before this disaster but 95% of the work i had on this computer from the past 8 months is lost.
I am trying to figure out if this could be a basis for legal action. Their software is worse than any virus I have ever faced.

I can't do that because of the warranty

Already did that and got nothing, then I used to recuva to get the files I had deleted myself which isnt much
