I tried reinstalling Itunes 64 & 32 bit. I also tried to install a previous version. I've tried several system restore points, registry clean ups, disabled spybot immunize & Avast AV, ran installation as admin, also tried to open in admin login, etc ..............

No luck at all running Itunes. It was working perfectly fine since day one until yesterday, can't figure out why or what happened all of the sudden. :(

    Any suggestions?

Here are some screenshots of the error. Each one is scrolled down some more. This shows up as soon as I try to open Itunes.

Finally figured it out. It was the ACE Mega Codecs that was the problem, uninstalling it did the trick. I installed K-lite instead and so far so good. I say "so far" cause Itunes worked with ACE installed for about 3 weeks.
