Hello everyone, Im starting to (try to) learn Japanese......

The site i use to learn (livemocha) displays japanese words but i cant see them because in their place are just squares..

Im assuming this is because i dont have the software to display them, its either that or the Japanese are really unimaginative.

    Can anyone help? Cheers

If you're using XP you need to add the capability for reading asian text. Do so in Control Panel -> Regional and Language Options -> Languages -> "Install files for East Asian languages"

This takes about 200MB of disk space.
