    I have a quick question,
    If I bought Sony Z from japan with Japanese OS,
    I will want to install English OS.

    My questions are:
    What are the simplest way to change to English OS?

    If it's Vista Ultimate, you can install a language pack which will change the whole OS to english, or any other language that they support.

    Will this bring incompatibility with software that design for English OS ?
    or
    When I installed the English Langauge pack, It will totally become English OS?

    I'm running on such system for some time and there're no problems so far. You can switch anytime back or to any other language....it's just like changing language in any other program. Even language of most of Sony utilities will switch to eng...
