Will using the GUI version on JkDefrag do any damage to the Dell Recovery Partition? Is it safe to defrag this partition?

No... JkDefrag is very safe and fine.... and if u run the default mode, it will anyway defrag the whole disk :)

Yeah I'm just running the GUI version - it goes after all partitions.

Thanks. Just wanted to make sure in case I ever need to use the recovery partition.

There really is no need to defrag the recovery drive. I wouldn't do it.
