This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     I ran MS Update and SP2 isnt coming up on the list, only a bunch of security fixes. I installed SP1a as thats what my university had available at the time. Will the SP2 update show up after I install these fixes?

    I think SP2 is an automatic update if you have Windows Update turned on. Hope you are not on dial-up.

    Yeah SP2 should show up in the windows update.
    You could try from here if it's not showing up (though I think the download link will just bring you to M$ update anyways), or if you really can't get it from M$, there's a standalon (300MB :O ) download here.
