Any one else having trouble installing this Windows Update from December? I'm trying to install on my daughters Dell Inspiron 1521 and it keeps failing. Running Windows Vista 32-bit Home Premium

I've tried from Windows Update and from downloading the standalone installer from MS site, but it errors out either way

Any reason why you want to install this update? And what is the error code? Have you tried disabling Firewall/Antivirus?

    cheers ...

No reason other than its the only update which wont install. It installed fine on the other 1521, which has same software and OS set up. I've disabled Avira and turned off Windows Firewall. I tried completing the update from Windows Update, as well as downloading the stand alone installer, and it fails each time with error code 80070020 Windows Update encountered an unknown error.

Ah, forgot to mention - SuperAntiSpyware also but I turned that off as well. It gets to 11% downloaded from Windows update, and then error's out. I'm going to quit fiddling with it for now; had surgery on my knee on Friday and its hurting, so I'm taking some meds and off to bed.
