When I run an AVG Virus scan I keep finding a Kernel Change and I am confused as to what this is or means.
Under file name is: Kernel32.dll
Under Result/Infection: Change
Under Path: C:\\WINDOWS\system32\kernel32.dll
Is this bad?

That's a normal result with AVG after a Windows update.
A suggested fix for it can be found in This Thread from AVG's Forum.
