Could you not just use a windows xp disc and google hw id's for drivers?

If you have another working of the same machine you could use double driver.

Download Double Driver 4.1.0 Free - View which drivers are installed in your system and you can backup the drivers you choose, save and print the drivers list - Softpedia

It's a fantastic app to backup your drivers then you can just install XP and then the drivers you backed up with double driver.

    Hope that helps.

Alternatively the driver page is here: Official Support Download Center of the Drivers, Manuals and FAQs | TOUGHBOOK | TOUGHPAD | Panasonic Global Notebook PC
But double driver is easier imo.

Remember unless you f6 the sata drivers during xp install you will need to set in the bios to IDE mode until you boot to windows at which point you can install the sata ones and set it back.
