    Hi there
I recently downloaded a driver for my printer off the canon support website but when the options menu to when I print comes up, everything is in Japanese.
Did I download the wrong driver software for my printer or is this a windows problem? I have Windows XP. I do use japanese characters on my computer sometimes for typing so I thought maybe that might be the problem but I am not sure how to convert the japanese letters on the printer option screen to english.
If someone could help me out I would greatly appreciate it
    Thank you

your printer driver could be very well following the regional settings of your windows xp. ensure your regional settings are set to a native english country and english unicode.
