I haven't experimented much with what the cause is, but every time I return from hibernation or standby the entire computer stutters, while typing, mousing, or just watching a video or listening to music.

With this little information, does anyone know what the problem is and how to solve it?

    Thanks in advance.

The CPU load also goes up to 100% after starting up from hibernation, but there are no memory dominant processes.
