Today I was turning off Far Cry 4 asking myself why the hell there was lots of framedrops and low fps. I was going to turn off my laptop and was checking to see in the task manager if there was a process that was using my RAM for nothing. While I switched tabs, I saw that my PC used more RAM than usual with all applications off. I switched to Performance tab and saw that my RAM in total was 2,40 GB, because I had 6 GB always. It seemed that it was the reason for low fps and framedrops. I checked into dxdiag to see my specs and there was written 6 GB. I looked around the web and saw that there could be a limit for RAM to be using. I opened msconfig>Boot>Advanced options... and the Maximum Memory was checked and there was written 0. I unchecked it but not worked. Should I write there 6152 and make it checked? The last guy who used my PC was my brother, I'll ask him if he was doing something in the settings later but I don't really think he did it. What could the reason be?

Out of curiosity, what version of Windows you're using? Is this a 32 bit or 64 bit version?

Just got into msconfig>Boot>Advanced settings... unchecked Maximum Memory, restarted PC and worked.
