Just wondering. When Windows 10 comes out, would Lenovo release drivers for that for the x230?

I personally doubt it, but it's not impossible. Chances are that Windows 8 drivers would work just fine.

I think its standard for Lenovo to support at least the 3 last generations. For Windows 8 it were Tx10, Tx20 and Tx30, for Windows 10 it should be Tx30, Tx40 and Tx50, so the X230 should be supported. But we will see...

I am running the Windows 10 preview on a X200 and all drivers were installed with OS.

EspiOne, have you managed to make fingerprint scanner and ThinkLight it work? Mine doesn't. The rest seems to be alright. I'm using Windows 10 Home

ThinkLight should work no matter what OS one is running, and it most certainly did work in W10 for the very brief period of time that I've used the OS in question. Can't say anything about FPR since it's disabled in BIOS on all of my machines that actually have one.
