I've got a router. It drops packets I didn't ask for.

I used to have XP's firewall turned on, but the damn thing broke its own Remote Desktop server.

I run Opera with scripting off, and flash off. 90% of the time it just makes the internet more sane. Sites like this I have to turn on javascript. Once in a while I forget to whitelist a site, and accidently buy two hard drives.

    That's it.

    Avira Virus
    Sunbelt (formally Kerio) firewall

Browser is Firefox mostly (occasionally IE 6 when I have to do some work stuff) seems to work fantastically well.

Oh, and Ghost, since that's kinda security (keeps my PC safe)

www.kubuntu.com ? ;) Heh. I really only use the Windows firewall and AVG, and even then, that's quite rare. Most of my security is the fact that I know what's going on inside the system very well, and I don't run anything dodgy. I really should run as non-administrator, but that'd screw up a lot of poorly written games that I like playing. Freakin' EA...

I have AVG + spywareblaster + spybot s&d immunization on my main PC.

I have Avast + spywareblaster + spybot s&d immunization on my GF's laptop.

I'll be making the switch to Avast sooner or later.
