I have the same issue right now but I've had the window open for about 10 or 15 minutes. Can anyone say if this issue is resolved and how? I sign into the lojack website and it has all of my computer information already but I don't know if it's safe to close the window or not. Will it mess up or interrupt the lojack installation on my computer or is it already installed and the window is just stuck there?

did you make sure your firewall was disabled?
Edit: never mind, if lojack site has got your info, then it's not a firewall issue.

I don't know what it could be then, but the computer probably has to restart automatically just after that step. Maybe give a call to lojack.
