So the problem is i deleted a partition without actually deleting the data, and attached the unallocated space to a bigger partition lost abut 30GB out of 38GB
I have acronis software how can i recover that space, or only after formatting, i have about 70GB of important data on there and nowhere to transfer.
    Thanks

I am having a bit of trouble trying to understand what you want to do, sorry.

When you delete a partition the data within that partition is also deleted. The unallocated space is already formatted and if you have extended the volume into the unallocated space you should be finished. I assume you are using Vista or Windows 7.

I assume the Acronis Software you mention is Acronis Disk Director as that is their partition manager software, not True Image. You don't have to do any formatting to reclaim your space. Just read how the partition manager software works and add the unallocated space to whatever volume you wish. Your system will reboot during the process and you will get very nervious as to whether it will finish the task, be patient it might take a while.

The thing that got me confused is that there were two options:
    1. delete the partition
    2. delete and destroy data. I used Nr.1
And it was Vista OS, with a bootable verison of Disk director
Anyway thanks deeeastman and if i add every file up i get 94GB so + 25.X GB free is the size of it 120GB
