    Hi all,

Surely I'm not the first person to wonder about this: Can I take .dvr-ms TV files recorded on my MCE desktop machine, transfer them to my XP Pro laptop, and play them?

If this is not automatically supported, has anyone found a workaround or a simple conversion method?

Aw, c'mon. No one else ever had to work this out?

I found one program on Google, Power Compress (powercompress.com), but it costs $30, and I'd think there would be a freeware version.

    Help!
