The Notebook Review forums were hosted by TechTarget, who shut down them down on January 31, 2022. This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     MPC, KLite codec pack, but streaming WM9 problems?

    I have media player classic with Klite Full codec pack.

    I am not able to play NBA.com videos or Yahoo.com NBA draft videos. They both say they need windows media player 9 or above.

    Anyone know the problem? (It looks like klite has the wmp 9 codec...)

    Do you use Firefox or IE? I have problems with Firefox streaming but IE is working fine.
    Get the lastest pack.

    i have the same problem. i had the klite package, but videos wont play in either firefox or ie. firefox tells me im missing a plug in, but cant find it, and doesnt know what it is missing
