My Exchange server is 2003 and I am getting Office 2007, so will the 2003 exchange server work with Outlook 2007? I asked my host but they said I can't tell you when we will change over to Exchange 2007, so in other words I probably have to stick with 2003.
Is this right?

You should still be able to check your mail and things like that via Outlook 07 via your exchange server, but as far as Tasks, Calenders, user permissions ect in exchange and compared to Outlook 07 client I am not sure - I would test on one client and if you have problems then remove and go back to 03 - My assumption is that since it is only the client it *should* work perfectly fine.

I only use Outlook for Email and personal folders and contacts.
I'll let ya know how it goes. -
99.9% chance you will be absolutely fine.

That 1% though.

Outlook 2007 works great with the Exchange 2003 server.
I don't have public folders or anything like that, so I am not sure how they work but everything else works great. I uninstalled outlook 2003 and installed 2007 and as soon as I opened outlook 2007 it asked me to migrate my exchange account into it and went very smoothly. -

I am glad it all works. I like Office 2007 way better than 2003.
