I can't open a hyperlink in outlook 2007... but i can open the same link on Thunderbird.

Have you tried checking in the options?

If the message is in your junk mail folder it wont let you click on the links for security reasons. But that doesn't seem the case cuz it wont download images of junkmail either which yours has. I have a feeling it has to do more with your default browser settings.
Are you running your laptop as an administrator account? -
It's a browser/outlook security restriction.
-
Why not just copy/paste the link? It's safer.

My default Browser is Firefox.. even for Launching Hyperlinks its Firefox..
Is it because of that that outlook 2007 is not letting me open?
Laptop i always run as admin.
