I have Office Suite 2003 and see that updates for 2003 and 2007 are included in today's update selections. Since I can open 2007 documents, which I rarely do save for a few MS Word files, should I download and install all the updates as a precaution? Thanks.

I think it's a good idea to update, any vulnerabilities in the Office 2007 file format could compromise system security when opened with the Office 2003 suite using the file compatibility pack. I still use Office 2003 myself and have no problems with these new updates for both 2003 and 2007 formats.

Thanks so much! Good to see 2003 is still used, although technology is going way too fast for me: I learn the newest programs on the library's computers, and recently opened MS Word 2010. I don't know what the difference is save for layout, and even the staff was surprised that 2007 was gone.
