My non-profit hiking org bought 4 "licenses" of Office 2010 and it's an incredible procedure just to pass through several hoops to get to the download page. I was able to do it, sign up with Microsoft, download the Office iso, burn, install (actually installed by mounting the image) and activate it with the product key, however my colleagues are at a loss.
Is it possible for me to make copies of the iso and mail it to them to install? Will they have different keys? The authorization and license numbers came in a group email. Will they have the same product key as me that I got from Microsoft?
If not, I'm thinking I can help them out and do the steps using Team Viewer.

The .iso should all be the same.

Use the same .iso or .exe installer and same key (if they only provided you one). That key is valid for 4 stand alone installations and if you ever need to move it to a new computer, uninstall Office on the old one, and install on the new one. It should work flawlessly, if it doesn't call MS. You can basically use any .iso or Office installer as far as I know, what matters if the license key.

As long as you paid for a multi-installation key and don't attempt to exceed your quota, then you can burn that .iso file using an image burning program if you want. You could use TeamViewer as well as you mentioned - and if they're having as much trouble as they are, that could prove to be simpler for them. You'll need to determine whether you want to share the .iso from your PC with theirs, or mail them a disc and have them insert it so you can run it.

Thanks for all the help.
I wasn't sure if my iso was specific to my MS registration. I'll see if they still need help and will try Team Viewer before send a disk.
