Hi, both of our computers are running Windows 7 Professional (mine x64 and hers x86) and the latest Windows Live Messenger with MSN Plus! and A-Patch. All WU have been installed. The problem is that when we video call, I have full audio (mic/speaker) while she only has speaker (can't talk to me). She has an Asus A8SR laptop and I can't seem to find any mic drivers ... Or is there another way to fix this? Thanks!

Have you reviewed sounds/audio properties to see if the correct input has been chosen?

    cheers ...

Check her webcam drivers and make sure there are no updates, and the properties as stated above. The mic may be a USB device.
