The Notebook Review forums were hosted by TechTarget, who shut down them down on January 31, 2022. This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    On c: of my computer is the folder "MSOCache" i know its linked with office 2007, just wanted to know whether it was safe to delete the contents of it, its current size of it at the moment is 529Mb??

    Yes you can delete that. It is the office setup files. Ofcourse if you delete it then you cant reinstall, repair or install additional featuers without the Offfice cd. Normally it takes less space. Office 2003 only takes 175MB. Not sure if there might be more then just office inside.
    You can also use diskcleanup to remove the files.
