Is there a way to get the mac visual effects for Win7? I have an iPhone and when I click on a program, I like the way it's bubbly with the animation. I don't necessarily want the layout/theme of OSX, just the bubbly animations for everything.

Google. search? I'm not aware of any program that would allow you to do this, other than OSX.

Whenever I click on a program on my Touch, I don't notice any "bubbliness" with the icon. It just applies a slightly darker tint before opening up the program. What exactly is the bubbly effect you're trying to describe?
