    Both good for free. Macrium Reflect FREE Edition looks ok but free one doesnt do incremental backups. Also DriveXML will not allow you to resize on restore (but you could always change size after i suppose).
    i have used Acronis v11 (which is not free) for a long time so sticking with that for now.
