After the new ISOs have been released BUILD 10586, Microsoft no longer offers a separate ISO for Home or PRO but they are combined into 1. The other choice for users who have a Windows 10 Single Language license, that can be downloaded separately.
Where this might come-in handy, let's say your computer has a Windows 7 Home/8 Core BIOS key built into the BIOS, the Windows 10 setup will automatically detect the key from the BIOS and might install Windows 10 Home. Now what if you have a different product key for PRO that you wanted to use and thus, wanted to actually install Windows 10 PRO? there is no way around this.
With this little trick, now when you boot of the Windows 10 Flash Disk or DVD, you will actually be given a choice to install Windows 10 Home or Pro.
To do this create a new TXT file in notepad and paste the following text in it:
Now, name that file as eif.cg (without the .txt extension)Code:[EditionID] Pro [Channel] Retail
Copy eif.cg file to the sources folder on the Windows 10 USB Flash Disk. If you want to do this for creating a DVD, then you will need to edit the ISO image and add the eif.cg file before creating the DVD (I use UltraISO for such tasks but you can use whichever ISO image editing tool you want)

That's not really needed for the latest ISOs. You just have to click "I don't have a product key" and you'll get to the menu in your pic.
I'm talking about the ones found here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/techbench
The earlier 10586 ISOs still needs your tweak.
Edit: Now I realize that this may not work when there's a W8 key in BIOS. W7 doesn't have edition specific keys in BIOS.
Make Windows 10 ISO give an option to install Home or Pro
