This site is probably one of the coolest things I've ever seen and used:

    http://osx.portraitofakite.com/

As a rule I hate just skinning XP to look like OS X. That's lame. But the software on the site installs several small applets to give XP the behavior of OS X, including the frigging sweet dock at the bottom of the screen.

I don't know, maybe I'm just a toolbox, but I thought this was really sweet and I'm actually using this set up over conventional XP. The memory footprint appears to be fairly small, and my performance is still solid.

I also went out and found this excellent skin to use with WinAMP, and it really completes it.

Give it a shot, I was really impressed.
