    Media Direct is not allowing me to watch movies downloaded on my pc.

    I keep receiving the error message.. unable to play file... when I try to play videos on my pc. I did a driver update recently trying to correct this problem but with no success. Try playing the same media in windows media player and only get audio no video. Any ideas/suggestion?? :confused:
