    Media player, Media center, and powerdvd madness!

    I have had this prob for weeks: My audio is distorted and slow and slurred ONLY when playing a dvd movie. A game, or music cd is fine. All my drivers are great. Only new program is Avira!
    Got the codecs. I had storm.gen on my pc and got rid or it. Performed a chkdsk just in case. And still I have problems. Plus people keep on spamming. :(

    Did this problem start after you installed the codecs? What codecs did you install?

    And what do you mean by "people keep on spamming"? :confused:

    I've had a couple who really spam.
    Anyway it didn't happen after I installed the codecs.
