This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Hi

    When I am on the internet and I click tools on the Menu Bar, just above internet options, is says partygammon.com and sun java console, goodness knows how this had got there, but does anybody know how to remove it?

    use
    ctr + Alt + Print to capture a screenshot of active window, open Paint paste in and save

    then use for example imageshack to upload the pick

    did you try scanning for spyware? Ad Aware or Spybot are good ones to try.
