I just formatted my Toshiba. After recoving from recovery cd, everything is like new. For some reason some of the keys (when shifting) aren't were there supposed to be. " is where @ is supposed to be and the other way around. This is what happens when I "shift" and enter the numbers one to nine. !"£$%^&*(). I think this is an english UK keyoard where us mine should be american. Can I do something about it now or do I have to format?
