    Hello,

I just received my new Sager np7378 in the mail, and installed windows 8.1 pro student on it. I created an account(not the default admin account) and the UAC settings are on normal, level 3, but no Metro apps are opening because "This app cannot open because UAC needs to be turned on". I've tried restarting as well, googling the problem...all to no avail. Any ideas?

    Thanks,

    Isyn.

    Okay, so, I fixed it.
Evidently opening a Metro app, clicking the link, turning UAC OFF, and rebooting fixes it. I have no idea why this works.
