    Just used : http://forum.notebookreview.com/showthread.php?t=165319

EVERYTHING went fine, except for my microphone. I've tried everything. Nothing seems to have worked at all for finding a solution to getting my mic working. Ive searched. I'm not using conexant and whenever I try to install those drivers, I get an error. Device manager doesn't have any issues with any software. I'm using a 3.5mm Jack for my microphone and I know that the Mic works. ANY help is appreciated.

    Thanks in advance.

    Jim

That was 4 months ago, I was hoping there was some sort of fix for this.
