Everytime I start or shut down Microsoft Office 2007, I get a "Registry Change Detected" message. Whether I select "Allow this change" or "Block this change", it doesn't matter. I'm not sure if this has anything to do with running Vista, but it's kind of annoying.

Anyone have any kind of insight as to why this may be happening?

I thought Avast was free. It even says "Free" but then there's a "price list" and a "purchase" link. I get McAfee for free.

McAfee (at least all the versions of it I've run) are bloated to the max! The free version of Avast! can be found here.
