My friend is having trouble with her Outlook that is causing it to temporarily freeze during send and receive. Everytime that I send a test message or she sends one to me her Outlook hangs for about 30 secs on average and up to freezing completely. I have tried to repair the install and even completely reinstall Office but with no luck. I have no idea what to try next to fix this problem, can anyone help?

But her internet works just fine I suppose. When it hangs, does your cursor have the hourglass or will the cursor not move at all?

Also, make sure your server settings are right. Sometimes improper configurations will slow it down, and yet it still might work.

It is just her Outlook that freezes most of the time. On some occasions her entire computer freezes especially when switching between windows that are up. I have checked the server settings and they are fine. And it should be noted that she is the only one experiencing this problem at work.
