    Just over 1GB...!

    Windows 8.1 64-bit and Office 2013.

About 370MB if you don't include Office 2013 updates.

12 updates on Windows 7 x64, 13 on Windows 7 x86, with the extra update on x86 being a 2 MB "Windows 7 Service Pack 1 (KB976932)". And in case you're wondering, that KB number is for the original SP1 released way back in 2011.

I would've thought this was weird if not for another recent experience with a "Windows 8.1 Update (KB2919355)" dated June 2014 (the actual Windows 8.1 Update came out in April). It seems Microsoft has developed a bad habit of mislabeling patches lately...

Not sure if this is related but my last update was when I force the patch on 8/14/2014. When I went to look at updates again it said I had to update the Windows update to receive any further updates.

I believe that was the Windows Update Agent 7.6.7600.320 for Windows 7. They pushed that out staggered, during the last few weeks. After the forced install, I had to re-enable the auto update setting on my machine. Some users reported that their AVS marked the update as questionable.

I didn't get one of those forced updates on my Win 8 system.
